Accessibility Statement
A burst pipe does not check how you use a computer. Neither should the website you use to get it fixed.
What we aim for
This site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. In practice that means it is built to work with a keyboard alone, with screen readers, at 200% zoom, and for people who prefer reduced motion — not as an afterthought but as how the components were written.
What that looks like here
- Every page is navigable by keyboard, with a visible focus ring and a skip-to-content link.
- Menus, accordions and forms carry proper ARIA roles and states; form errors are announced, not just coloured.
- Text and interface colours meet AA contrast against their backgrounds.
- All meaningful images carry alternative text; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive tech.
- Animations are disabled automatically when your system asks for reduced motion.
- The layout works at 200% zoom and on small screens without horizontal scrolling.
- Phone numbers are real links — one tap to call, which on this site is rather the point.
Known limits
The booking and chat widgets are provided by a third party (Broccoli) and render inside their own frames; we have reported accessibility and mobile issues to them and track their fixes. If a widget fails you, everything it does can also be done by phone at (480) 863-5915 — at any hour.
Tell us when we miss
If any part of this site does not work with your setup, email info@plumberphx.com or call (480) 863-5915 and describe what happened and what you were using. Real reports from real setups beat any audit tool we can run, and fixes get scheduled like any other defect — promptly.
