Honesty is the cheapest adjective in the trade, so everyone uses it. These are policies instead, written plainly enough to hold us to on the day. The 4.8 on Google is what happens when we keep them, and the veteran-owned shop behind them is based in Scottsdale.
You approve a flat number in writing before work starts. It prices the job, not the hours, so a seized fitting is our problem rather than yours. Once you say yes, the number can’t go up. If the job turns out smaller than we quoted, it goes down.
Supply lines don’t check the clock, and water heaters seem to favor holiday weekends, so dispatch runs 24/7. The rules don’t change after dark: you hear the price and agree to it before anyone starts. Anything that can wait for daylight gets a same-day or next-day slot.

A big shout out to Skylar at Bleuwave Plumbing for the fast response, communicating his diagnosis in terms I understood and relaying the choices for fixing the plumbing issue. I had a water main leak that was getting worse by the hour. I called Bleuwave and they had a technician on the way to my home within the hour. The tech stated to that he would dig down to inspect and once he did, he said it could be repaired right away. The tech told me they would have to source a repair part locally and it would be better than what was currently leaking. Not only was the part sourced quickly, the repair was done professionally. The fee for this service call was very reasonable. I am so impressed with this company for their quick response and professional repairs. Where we work
A house's plumbing tells you when it was built. Many older homes in Arcadia still carry galvanized steel in the walls. Subdivisions from roughly 1978 to 1995, common across Chandler and Mesa, went up in the polybutylene years. Newer PEX builds out toward Buckeye have different trouble, mostly hard-water scale. The pricing works the same everywhere: flat, and agreed before we start.
