Bleuwave Plumbing

About

Plumbing is not complicated. Trusting a plumber is.

The trade has an image problem, and it did not arrive by accident. Enough people have been handed a four-figure invoice for work they could not see, could not verify, and did not fully understand that a certain wariness is now the sensible default.

Bleuwave was built to be boring about exactly that. Fixed prices. Photographs. Licences you can look up. Nothing clever.

Veteran owned, and it shows in dull ways

People expect a veteran-owned company to say something stirring here. The honest version is less cinematic. What the service actually leaves you with is a set of unglamorous habits: turning up at the hour you said, checking the work before you call it finished, and telling somebody the bad news early rather than late.

Those habits happen to be exactly what is missing from most plumbing calls. Not skill — there are plenty of skilled plumbers in the Valley. Turning up. Ringing back. Saying what a thing costs before doing it.

We have worked the Phoenix metro since 2022, on everything from a dripping faucet in an Encanto bungalow to a phased repipe of an office block that could not close for a single day. Same crews. Same pricing. Same habit of showing you the photograph.

What the licence actually means

Arizona ROC #340524, issued by the Registrar of Contractors. It is a public record and you can verify it in about thirty seconds, which is roughly thirty seconds more than most people spend before letting somebody cut into a wall.

Licensed means the state has tested competence. Bonded means there is money set aside if work goes wrong. Insured means a mistake in your home is covered by our policy rather than your deductible. Three different protections that get compressed into one line on most websites, including, until this paragraph, ours.

How we work

Four rules, and we do not bend them for a bigger ticket.

  • The number you hear is the number you pay

We quote flat, in writing, before anything starts. An hourly rate rewards a slow plumber, and you should not be the one paying for that arrangement. If the job runs long because we misjudged it, that is our problem.

  • You get to see it

Camera footage of the line. Thermal images of the slab. Photographs of the fitting that failed. You should never have to take a stranger’s word about something buried in concrete under your living room.

  • The hours are the whole point

Anyone can be helpful at ten on a Tuesday morning. The test is a Sunday at midnight in August, and that is precisely when we answer.

  • Sometimes the answer is “not yet”

A water heater with three good years in it does not need replacing today. Saying so costs us a sale and earns the next four. We have run the business on that arithmetic since day one.

Hold us to it.

Flat price before we start, photographs of what we found, and a licence number you can look up. If any of that slips, call us on it.
