Financing

Water heaters fail on a schedule of their own choosing.

Rarely in a month you had budgeted for it. Financing exists so that a sudden repair does not turn into a choice between hot water and everything else you were planning to spend money on.

We will also tell you when financing is a bad idea. Putting an $89 drain clearing on a payment plan is not a favour to anybody.

How it works

Four steps, in this order. The order matters — anyone who wants you to apply before they have quoted the job is selling the loan, not the repair.

  1. 01

    Get the quote first

You cannot sensibly finance a number you do not have. We diagnose, quote flat, and only then talk about how to pay for it.

  2. 02

    Apply in a few minutes

A short application, usually answered on the spot. A soft check to see what you qualify for does not affect your credit score.

  3. 03

See the total, not just the monthly

We show the monthly payment and what the whole thing costs over the term. A low monthly on a long term is how people end up paying for a water heater twice.

  4. 04

    We do the work

Scheduled as soon as approval comes through. Emergencies get moved to the front of the queue regardless.

What people usually finance

Ranges below are what these jobs typically run in the Phoenix metro. Your quote will be a specific number, not a range — this is only here so you know roughly what conversation you are walking into.

  • Water heater replacementTypically $1,400–$3,800 installed
  • Whole-home repipeTypically $4,000–$15,000 by size
  • Slab leak repair or rerouteTypically $1,200–$6,000
  • Sewer line repair or replacementTypically $3,000–$12,000
  • Water softener + filtrationTypically $1,800–$4,500
  • Bathroom remodel plumbingVaries with scope

Ranges reflect typical Phoenix-metro pricing and vary with home size, access, and permit requirements. Financing terms and rates are set by the lender, not by us, and are subject to approval.

Get the number first.

We'll diagnose the problem and quote it flat. Then, if it helps, we'll walk through financing — including whether you actually need it.
