Privacy Policy

We collect what you give us when you ask for a quote — name, phone, email, address, and what your plumbing is doing — and we use it to do the job you asked about. We do not sell it. We do not rent it. We share it only with the services that make this website and our scheduling work, and with nobody else without being legally required to.

• Quote and contact forms. Name, phone, email, service address, and your description of the problem. Used to contact you, quote the work, and do it. Stored in our customer database.
• How you found us. The page you arrived on, the page you submitted from, and campaign tags in the address (such as utm_source or a Google Ads click ID). Used to learn which of our advertising is worth paying for. This travels with your form submission, not as a separate profile of you.
• Usage analytics.Via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics: pages viewed, buttons clicked, rough device and location data. Used in aggregate to see what on this site works. Google's handling is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
• Scheduling and chat. Booking and chat on this site are provided by Broccoli. What you type into those widgets goes to Broccoli to run the booking, under their privacy policy, and comes to us as your appointment.
• Security records. Failed sign-in attempts to our own admin area are recorded with a hashed network address, to slow down password guessing. This concerns our staff logins, not visitors.

• We do not sell or rent personal information. To anyone.
• We do not send marketing texts or robocalls.
• We do not collect payment details on this website. Payment happens on the job, through our invoicing, not through these pages.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children. Our customers hire plumbers; children famously do not.

The people who need it to serve you: our office and technicians. The vendors that operate parts of the service — website hosting (Vercel), our database (Neon), transactional email (Postmark), analytics (Google), and scheduling/chat (Broccoli) — each only in the course of doing their function. And authorities, if and only if the law compels it.

Lead and job records are kept for as long as we might reasonably serve you again, plus what tax and licensing law requires of a contractor. If you would rather not appear in our records at all, the next section is for you.

Email info@plumberphx.com or call (480) 863-5915 and tell us you want your information corrected, exported, or deleted. We will do it, and confirm when it is done, except where contractor record-keeping law requires us to retain a job record. You can also block analytics wholesale with any content blocker; the site works fine without it.

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it, and the change will be described in plain language, not hidden in a diff.
