Use this site to learn about plumbing and to ask us for help. Anything you request here is a request until we confirm it. Every job gets a price you agree to before work starts, and nothing is added to that job without your say-so. Payment, warranty and job details are whatever your written quote and invoice say.

This website is operated by Bleuwave Plumbing LLC, a plumbing contractor based in Scottsdale, Arizona, licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC #340524). “We” and “us” below means Bleuwave Plumbing; “you” means anyone using the site or asking us for service. Using the site means you accept these terms.

• Use it lawfully and for its purpose: reading, planning, and contacting us.
• Submit your own information, or information you are authorized to give, for a property you are entitled to have work done on.
• No automated submissions, scraping, probing for weaknesses, or anything designed to overload or interfere with the site. Our forms filter automated traffic, and we may block it.

Articles, guides and cost ranges describe typical situations in the Valley. They are general information, not a diagnosis of your system and not a quote. The calculators produce estimates from the numbers you enter and the assumptions they show; real results vary. Your price comes from us, for your job, in writing.

We quote a flat price and agree it with you before any work begins. A quote covers the work it describes, at the conditions and parts pricing at the time it is given. If we open something up and find more than anyone could see from the outside, we stop, explain it, and price it; no additional work happens without your approval.

A form submission, online booking or chat message is a request. An appointment exists once we confirm it with you. Arrival times are windows, not guarantees; traffic, weather and emergencies at other homes are real. If you need to reschedule or cancel, tell us as early as you can at (480) 863-5915.

Please make sure an adult who can authorize the work is present, the work area is reachable, and pets are secured. You confirm you own the property or have the owner's permission for the work. If conditions make the work unsafe, we may pause it until they are resolved.

• Payment is due when the work is complete, unless your quote or invoice says otherwise in writing.
• Financing is provided by a lending partner, subject to its approval and its own terms.
• Discounts are governed by the terms printed with each one on the offers page, and must be mentioned when you book.

The warranty on our workmanship is the one written on your invoice. Equipment and parts carry their manufacturers' warranties, which we pass on to you. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, freezing, or work done by others after ours.

Work is done to the plumbing code that applies at your address. Where the work needs a permit, your quote says who obtains it.

When you send us a request, you agree that we may call, text or email you about that request and the work that follows. We do not send marketing texts or robocalls. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Online scheduling, chat, maps, review sites and financing are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We choose them carefully but do not control them, and links to other sites are not endorsements of everything on them.

Photos and descriptions you send help us quote and do the work, and are kept with your job record. We do not publish them without your permission.

The text, photos, logo and design of this site belong to Bleuwave Plumbing LLC or are used with permission. Quote or link to it freely; please do not copy it wholesale or present it as your own.

The website is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be offline at times, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses from relying on general information here. Our responsibility for work we perform is governed by your quote, your invoice, and Arizona law, and nothing in these terms limits rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute that cannot be settled by talking to us first is heard in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. The terms in effect when you book are the ones that apply to that job.
