Commercial Drain Services in Phoenix & Scottsdale, priced before we start.

A commercial drain failure is almost never priced correctly by the people it happens to. The invoice says four hundred dollars. The real number includes the covers you did not turn, the staff you paid to stand still, and the customers who formed a view about your kitchen.

That asymmetry is the entire argument for scheduled maintenance. A jetting visit booked for a Tuesday morning costs a known amount at a time of your choosing. The same line failing on a Friday night costs an unknown amount at the worst possible moment, plus whatever the emergency premium happens to be.

We work around trading hours rather than through them, keep written records your health inspector will accept, and tell you when a line does not need attention yet.

Where commercial lines fail

  • Kitchen grease lines

Grease coats the pipe wall rather than plugging one point, so it narrows steadily and then fails all at once. This is the single most common commercial callout in the Valley.

  • Floor drains under load

They collect everything the floor collects. In a busy kitchen or a garage bay, that is considerably more solid material than the drain was designed for.

  • Shared laterals in multi-tenant buildings

One tenant's habits become every tenant's backup. Establishing whose line is whose before the failure saves a great deal of argument during it.

  • Older cast iron in mid-century stock

Common across Old Town Scottsdale and central Phoenix. Decades of scale narrow the bore until any solid catches.

How we work with businesses

  1. 01

    Scheduled around your hours

Before open, after close, or on your slow day. We would rather come at 5 a.m. than cost you a lunch service.

  2. 02

    Camera-documented, every visit

You get footage and a written condition report. Useful for inspections, and decisive when a landlord and a tenant disagree about who pays.

  3. 03

On a maintenance interval that fits the load

A high-volume kitchen may want quarterly. An office suite may want annually. Selling everyone the same schedule is lazy and we do not do it.

  4. 04

    Priority response between visits

Contract customers go to the front of the queue when something does go wrong, because that is what the contract is actually for.

What it typically runs

$250 – $1,200 per visit

Routine clearing of an accessible line sits at the low end. Full jetting of a long grease run, or multiple lines across a site, sits higher. Maintenance contracts are priced per interval and quoted flat.

Financing is available on larger jobs

Nobody schedules maintenance because they enjoy it. They schedule it because the alternative has a worse invoice attached.

Drain Services: questions we get asked

Straight answers, the same ones we give on the phone.

How often should a restaurant jet its grease line?
Most Valley kitchens land between quarterly and twice a year, driven by covers and menu rather than by square footage. A high-fry menu builds line scale considerably faster. The first camera pass tells us where you sit; we adjust from there rather than guessing.
Can you work overnight?
Yes, and for most restaurant and retail clients we do. Overnight and pre-dawn work is standard rather than an exception, and it is priced as scheduled work, not as an emergency.
Do you provide documentation for health inspections?
Every visit generates a dated service record with camera stills. Inspectors ask for evidence of a maintenance programme, and an invoice on its own is a weaker answer than a documented one.
