Once a year suits most homes. The water heater flush benefits most from a steady schedule in hard water, and pressure regulators fail without announcing it. Houses with polybutylene or galvanized supply pipe can justify a closer look.
Will you try to sell me things?

Is a water heater flush actually worth it?
In the first several years, yes: it removes loose sediment before it hardens.
